Refunds & Exchanges

The Craft Chimera does not offer refunds except in very specific circumstances. This is to help keep costs low and translate that into better deals for consumers.

A refund will only be issued:

  • For shipping - if a customer purchases a second order before the first order is shipped to them, the shipment cost of multiple packages may be combined and the difference refunded.
  • Due to loss or damage in transit - only when customer has purchased optional Shipment Insurance. I cannot otherwise be held responsible for errors on the part of postal service.


When conditions for refunds are not met, customers are sometimes entitled to an exchange. An exchange will be offered when:

  • The product does not arrive as described - this includes an incorrect grade of pin, significant damage or defect to the product, or a completely incorrect product. This can happen from time to time as all packages are processed and packed by myself and I'm only human.


If an exchange is not possible due to inventory errors or sold out product, customer is entitled to a store credit with TCC, good for redemption on any item at any time excluding preorders.

Normal orders are only open to cancellation for 24 hours. Customer must submit an email request for a refund within this period, after which the sale is considered final and will be subject to all shop rules of refund and exchange.
Presales are non-refundable and not able to be cancelled at any time, excluding situations where a project is scrapped and will not be produced as planned. Please ensure you wish to purchase a preorder item prior to checkout.
Custom Orders are not eligible for return or refund due to the unique specifications of the order. (Some exceptions may be made at the discretion of the owner. Please send an email in this circumstance.)
