Although we are seeing fluctuating rates in shipping, I will always strive to provide the lowest possible shipping rate for my customers.
- Packages within the Continental US will be shipped First Class, and come standard with tracking.
- Ground shipments take 5-10 business days on average to deliver within the 48 contiguous US. Weekends are not considered business days.
- TCC is located in the Northeastern United States, in southern New Jersey. - International customers will be able to upgrade to tracked shipping by adding International Tracked Ship to their cart before checking out.
You must purchase the optional Shipment Insurance to be eligible for replacement items due to loss or damage in transit! This is to help keep costs down for all customers, as well as to ensure I will be able to cover the cost to send you a new package.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing and packaging when placing an order. This does not apply to preorder items, which are fully disclosed to have an extended wait time to allow for manufacturing, preparation, and packaging. Notifications will go up on my instagram page when preordered items are ready to begin shipping to customers.
Shipments go out every Tuesday and Friday.
Orders over $50 receive free shipping, including international.
